You can expect your order to arrive promptly and in great condition.

We know you’ll want your order to arrive as soon as possible. If the tinctures you order are in stock - and they usually are – we’ll get them shipped within 1-2 working days. Periodically a tincture you order may be out of stock. In this case we’ll get in touch straight away with an ETA. 

If you have any special delivery instructions please let us know via the Delivery Instructions field provided at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address.

You can expect to receive your goods within 5-10 working days of having placed your order.

We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you’re not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or in the mailbox. If they don’t think it safe to leave, they’ll leave a card to call.

If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address.

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to there having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.

We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Please be sure to choose carefully as Down to Earth Mushrooms does not refund for incorrect product choices.

Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Down to Earth Mushrooms) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.
